From Ad-Buying to Therapy: Can Chatbots Truly Replace Human Connection?

It's been a while since my last post because I've been busy learning something exciting!
Recently, I've been delving into the world of ad-buying on Facebook and Instagram. In fact, in my digital marketing class, I even had the opportunity to promote for a real brand called Cooper Therapy.
Who is Cooper Therapy?
Cooper Therapy is an organization that provides therapy consultations both online and offline, with a team from diverse cultural backgrounds. Their target consumers are mainly in New York, Connecticut, and Florida, with high disposable incomes.
Chatbot VS Human Connection
As ChatGPT is currently a hot trend, I've decided to create a digital advertisement related to chatbots. While ChatGPT is undeniably helpful for professional and academic purposes, it can be difficult for it to establish an emotional connection with users. I've drawn a comparison between this weakness and in-person therapy, which offers a more personal and empathetic experience.

I've created an eye-catching dialogue image with a simple conversation embedded in it, and the copy reads:
'Feeling like no one understands your emotions? We're here to listen. Cooper Therapy values your thoughts and feelings, and we're committed to offering you the empathetic support you deserve.'
My goal is to forge a strong emotional connection with potential clients and drive website traffic to Cooper Therapy. Since the ad is comparing online therapy to in-person therapy, I've targeted it specifically to New Yorkers. To maximize engagement, I've chosen to post the ad on Instagram and aim it towards younger generations who are interested in the latest trends, like ChatGPT.
